Because if the jailor kills townie, they lose all their executions. So in order to utilize the jailor best, we have them take care of confirmed scum so we don't run the risk of them losing their exes. Also, lynches should be used to not only lynch scum but find info, you know that. There's no info to be gained by lynching Midnight, who's a confirmed third-party scum.

I need to think about this. But to not have the Jailor lose executions them killing Mid seems like the safest route as of now.
