Bing Chilling can infect Dwayne "The Wok" Johnson. But before John Xina finishes him off, he uses the Taiwan is a country attack making himself lose most of his own social credit points. Then "The Wok" would use the Raised eyebrows but before he completes the attack... He falls from Bing Chilling late effects...
