Yes, but this was 20 years ago.
All of them loved Oden, and continued to be loyal to him, even when Oden embarrassed himself.

But among those 20 years, one of them gave up... the traitor among them gave up all hope that Kaido and Orochi would ever be defeated... This person gave up believing even Lady Toki's prophecy.

The traitor could still be within one of the scabbards.

Oda making preparation for Luffy to defeat 2 yonkos:
  1. give him a grand fleet , let him make alliance with mink and Samurai ,
  2. let him have a intelligent strategist Jinbe as a crewmate and let him know that Luffy is gonna have to fight 2 yonkos and make him get an army to help Luffy
  3. let Law and Kid be on his side
  4. let Germa owe him a debt
  5. let Marco join the alliance
  6. give Barto a DF that can block the strongest moves
  7. make 500 gifter half animals and give O-Tama a DF that makes them obedient subordinates
  8. let Orochi thinks the alliance will not able to make its move
  9. let Kaido and his people drunk and has some drunken issues
  10. give Luffy and his alliance power ups.
those give small power ups but the sum result will be defeating two yonkos
