This chapter but change my powerlvl though about Oden. I put him to low Top tier lvl, right now he jump up to solid mid top tier if not even higher end of mid top tier. Dude was really a beast..

You don't need to fight any specific person to become a yonkou... Just gather enough territory and fight a reasonable amount of relatively strong people and get a big enough and strong enough crew and then you become a yonkou

That's how both Blackbeard and Luffy became yonkou.... Given how easily Oden stomped this man, there's no way he would've become a yonkou without getting stronger... He doesn't have to fight a specific top tier or anything, he just has to get strong enough not to get stomped by a nerfed samurai

My bad. I simply meant who he got to fight in order to raise his power consistently since I'm still skeptical about he turning much stronger during these two decades.

Yet WB BM Navy coulnt keep this chained or take him out totally as how Teach took out WB pirates totally.

Yep they clearly didn't understand One Piece if they thought that Kaido was safe from this kind of moments. Not even Roger and WB were safe.

Kaido is a monster for his unkillableness... We know he's lost and been captured before... the only big thing is that he can't die... And his unkillableness has nothing to do with his actual growth in power apparently


Like Big mom was a tank from birth so you can't say Shanks is a chump because he got his hand eaten yet 6 year old Big mom wouldn't have been harmed... These are freak of nature abilities that don't indicate actual strength... Kaido was unkillable when he had Coby level haki and he is still unkillable now when he has Emperor level haki... the unkillableness isn't about how strong he actually is... and thats what makes him a monster
