must be a reddit guy or a r/onepiece discord guy. they have mods who are like psychotic about insisting hardening isnt a technique and is just oda randomly deciding to color in CoA for no reason. even though the manga is extremely clear that hardening is a separate technique from just using armament haki in general because it changes the physics of luffys rubber by vulcanizing it/making it literally harder and stiffer
