Wait what is the steam looking smoke coming out of Queen weapon?

King’s panel shows him using flames so I reckon Queen is using some sort of plague as well, potentially gas based? Also if you scroll into that image, it appears as though Queen is using some sort of pipe with gas coming out of it.

It was stated that Oden nearly killed Kaido. Oden probably trashed Kaido when he was in his human form too. Kaido then had to resort to cheap tricks.
