Yes as was shown in the panels. Skywalk doesn't need to make audible sound when you are so far above the opponent

Oda also emphases that Sanji's attacks were doing nothing to Queen yet this chapter makes it clear that the attacks were in fact damaging him

Sanji is fast enough to blitz Queen. He blitzed upward before Queen could notice then stayed up there as shown by next page.

Just like how DR Boundman is fast enough to blitz Doflamingo

Snakeman can't fly . It was a mode made specifically for Katakuri that focused heavily on Punch speed. I don't think it's movement is even better than G2

Yeah Snakeman's attack speed. Snakeman isnt mobile its a sitting duck when attacking but its attacks are fast.
