2. Xebec - Dragon - Shanks (First two because they wanna overthrow WG, but Shanks is here because of my Headcanon)

Well Im sama's ambition is to rule the entire world that's a very powerful one, but being oriented towards the top is not all what counts alone to feature the strongest ambition.
Started from nothing, became King of a powerful Kingdom through his charisma and now is looking forwards to ruling the entire world and sitting on Imu's Throne. If that's not Kingly Ambitions I don't know what is.
