When turned off he just have the zoan durability left which can be overcomed with huge Ap (ifrit jambe/ asura or adv CoC)

King won't be standing still while Katakuri uses CoA hardened mochi on his back. And why is COA affecting Kings flames?

Look at the scan he was surrounded by flames all over. He just used blue bird, a flaming fire ball right before that.

Blood =! Damage as well. Rengoku Onigiri drew blood while Kings flames were active - still didnt damage him.

his defense is weaker (not weak btw hes still an ancient zoan) but he gets a lot faster. classic example of a tradeoff .

What a bad interpretation of what is written in the spoilers, the spoilers say that the world government gives 100m reward to anyone who gives "any information" about the Lunarias... Imagine how much they pay for the dead or alive head of one, imagine how much they pay for a lunaria which is Kaido's #1 command.

This is basically an L for anyone who says that a Rei bounty isn't inflated by your race and not the other way around.
