He doesn't need to move fast to hit faster targets though. He can use spamming moves while flying around as he did against Marco. Marco has enough speed to keep up with the fastest character in the series. There aren't many characters who can move fast enough to pressure King to that degree.

The race increases the threshold of minimum damage required to actually hurt him that's why it's OP combo.

CoA isn't enough to hurt him, not even Zoro lvl of COA if that was case then no point on Oda giving him aCoC.

Once again, as I said earlier - Blood =! Damage. Rengoku Onigiri drew more blood than 2 drops that Marco did and King still said it didn't hurt him.

Also Marco's flames does hurt other flames. Why is Prometheus K/O'd here after clashing with Marco?
