Have one status Isnt bad, but to you be considered a trully Top tier, you have to be a Top tier in all status.

she was fall sleeping, not get knocked out cold, and that regular form is the most heavy and suit form to do such attack that can deliver heavy impact, if you think about it, none of queen attack as impressive as brachio bomber,and the best he can do just make big mom sleep lol, that's why they are chain her and sedated her then rushed to kaido while yelling" if she awake we are all dead"..queen couldnt even kill bigmom in her sleep. and that was mindless, dfless non adv haki bigmom lol.
