I legit thought Zoro vs King would have 2 chapters still because of all the Lunarian and face reveal stuff that needed to be addressed.
Kinda nutty if Oda really rushes everything in just 1 chapter. And not in a good way.

There is a reason why Oda is rushing these fights to the point of forgetting Raizo vs Fukurokuju. He is preparing himself for the multi-chapters of Luffy vs Kaido

Can we even call it rushing lol? King and Queen fell ~12/13 chapters after the last F6 and both Zoro/Sanji got like 3.5 chapters each worth of actual fight content. That's way more than usual.

But I agree Vs. Kaido (and BM) are going to be long as shit lol

I'm talking about the ability to use it consciously. He was like Luffy pre-TS and Haki. Wasn't even aware of what he was doing.

Enma needed no power up to be tamed. Its only requirement is the user fighting without restraint. Zoro thought taming Enma means regulating Haki flow into it at first when it's actually the opposite. Zoro would still have Enma under control just by realizing that fact regardless of COC's involvement. COC popped out as soon as he realized the truth about Enma because he was unconsciously holding it back out of fear. So the actual power up happened against Kaido while Enma is the reason why he stopped holding back.

Thats the thing, Zoro only needs one panel to win his fights… King’s whole deal was that he had a trick to hia durability… When the trick is revealed, thats the end of the fight essentially

In one scenario, Oda did it so Sanji would wake up being treated by Osome, and the "sanji hitting her" would be dealt with.
Maybe he does wake up with Black Hair.

Or maybe he just got exhausted from almost being impaled by King+being hit by Black Maria without defending with Haki+running around Onigashima like a headless chicken+having to fight both King and Queen for a while+suffering a complete skeleton morph+fighting Queen for 20 chapters+running again around Onigashima but this time with a heavy emotional stress load+tanking lots of Queen attacks+having to move at an extremely high speed for a while+finishing off Queen.
No senzu bean for him, btw.
