I don't think any of the fights were really rushed. The minor characters got 1 chapter fights, as they should. Zoro and Sanji's fights spanned across several chapters as they usually do.

We still have Kaido and Big Mom to take care of so Oda can't just dwell on lesser fights forever. My only thing is that I hope Oda doesn't drop the ball with big mom as he usually does. At least give her fight more screentime than Queen's.
