On the slightly different note, do you think Zoro could have gone all out and defeated King without CoC lets say if Enma didn't act up.
He can use Ashura and Fire cutting abilities and ISDS etc?

Wings were never about power level, but reliability. Otherwise, if wings were about power level, King wouldn't have easily dealt with Cook pre-DNA awakening whereas he couldn't do the same to Zoro pre-Adv. CoC awakening.

Also, Cook can certainly get stronger. He will at least finish out EoS above YC1s and he is still YC2-tier now, so his evolution is not yet done and he still has a chance to surpass Yamato before the SHs journey ends.





Yeah, this does seem likely to close out one of his plotlines. Although I'm not sure if Zoro is there simply to witness Hiyori killing Orochi or to kill Orochi by himself.

And, even if we got something like Ice Oni Orochi, I doubt he can pose a threat to current Zoro anyways.



That, and Cook both started and ended his fight against Queen with a sneak attack. Luck played a massive factor in his win against Queen.

Cook is on the right path to become YC1-tier in the future, though.

Have you even read the chapter yet? He straight up killed King with Raw AP of CoC. Zoro is that much stronger than him, that's what was portrayed.

Mean while Zoro took AdvCoC Thunder bagua to face and no sold it, tanked Hakai that made all supernovas shit their pants and Kidd is suddenly Zoro fan boy and gave Kaido oden level scar even before power up. If you weren't biased you'd know that alone makes Zoro giving Kaido mid/high diff fight before going down.

Lunarians ended up being a huge satisfaction. Just one huge flame on King's back and an interesting gimmick surpassed with tons of inventiveness. I wouldn't rather have Oda stuck to Zoro learning how to cut fire in this fight, instead we got this defined "switching" of King. Let's see if reading the chapter in good quality makes it even better.

Both Queen's and King's fights felt well designed, at the end of the day.

It's very difficult but King would have an advantage due to his recovery speed. King was even taking two AdCOC slices without his fire.

That's a lie and you don't need to be flustered and call me a Zoro tard because you can't accept the facts.

Zoro blocked Hakai for a few seconds which should be a yonko level defensive feat as Zoro would need A LOT more than half the power of hakai to even block it for one nano second.

Then he tanked the rest of the attack. Law said he "Took the attack" there was no indication that Law teleported him that's a lie. Please check your facts.

1. Why are there no haki trails on King's sword?
2. Why is there no single other panel of King using Haoshoku coating?
3. Why does it only happen when King is trying to take away Zoro's swords?
   • How does that make sense as the impetus for a Haoshoku clash.

Zoro used his Haoshoku to deny King from taking his swords.

1. There were no haki trails on Roger and WB when they clashed
2. That is up to Oda
3. Again something up to Oda.
Either way works fine, but the fact that the black lightning is going both ways is suspect

Could be the case. Doesn't explain why Adcoc lightning is on King's side though
