We can confirm it now with the point you brought up. If Light was transported twice then Mid's probably telling the truth(unless Pein transported Light and TAC too which we can't know). If Light was only transported once then we got the hypno.

So since TAC was informed twice, it shows that the action resolutions doesn't take into account a previous trans action, otherwise the second one to hit TAC would hit the person he was fist transed with.

Light should have been informed twice the same way, and there is a target missing.
