Yes, it balances out. The gap between Luffy and Zoro or even Luffy and Sanji is far smaller than the gap between their opponents.

Because while Luffy fights guys significantly stronger, he does so with much higher difficulty as well.

And you are literally denying his tireness for using G4 multiple times with drawback. He not only stays without haki for 10min but also extremely exausthed.

And Kaido didn't even went hybrid until Supernova Rooftop fight. Yonkos are always portrayed as people who can fight for days. Kaido is not even near to be done.
