Yes. Enma is the reason Zoro is releasing so much Haki. Enma is controlling Zoro's haki output CoC/CoA. Zoro has never been able to output this kind of haki before Enma. Also this is Enma before and after Zoro grabbed it. Notice that it is still Emanating the same kind of smoke.
