What do you think are the limits and delimits of black blades?

If we are to recall, Mihawk wasn't able to cut Buggy with his blade...

I'm assuming that this thread is about which devil fruits can counter black blades?

Jozu's Diamond fruit. That one marine guy from Enies Lobby that rusted Zoro's sword. Enel's lightning fruit. Just to name a few.

Maybe. Mihawk was done dirty on MF so I bet he didn't remotely unleash his full AP.

He did cut buggy. To thin slices.
Hurting buggy from slices is a different matter his fruit makes him immune

-zoro can shoot 360 phoenix cannon like a bullet, i believe buggy can't survive that, he's only immune to cutting and slashing, i think brook can destroy him with his sword thrusts.
-that rust DF marine captain can be defeated with flying slashes.
-i'm assuming jozu's DF only hardens his skin, if that was the case then internal destruction haki can put him down.

now law on the other hand has a very useful awakening, if he can coat his entire body with KRoom it can turn him into a shock wave spamming ghost, immune to all kinds of damage, the only downside is the life threatening stamina drain.

Zoro's CoC is definitely knocking out Buggy easily :cheers:

Buggy is really uncuttable.

Black Blades are the rarest thing so far at One Piece(even rarer than Voice of All Things) but it doesn't seem so special as people try to make it. Zombie Ryuuma was using Shusui and still lost to Zoro. Zoro used Shusui right after and still needed the whole crew to beat Oars and still lost to Kuma.

DF only some seems very special like Buggy, Bartolomeu, Marco MAYBE Kaido (I'm incline to think Kaido's durability is because of his race not DF). And awakening are very overrated since Doffy and Katakuri had it and wasn't anything special or like Impel Down Guards.

The power scale of One Piece is all about Haki.
