Apparently yes, this should be the moment that the people of Wano acknowledge Zoro as the second coming of Ryuma. 
No one can see Luffy and Kaido fight on the rooftop, what are you even talking about?

It's more like, Zoro needs to do something big and the people see it, reading fanfics on the newspaper isn't the way. 
The conclusion of the fight will have everyone in Wano see Luffy beat Kaido just as the dawn emerges which will solidify the idea Luffy is the one Wano was waiting for.

Once it starts to get lighter it they will. Luffy likely to send Kaido through Onigashima all the way down to Wano knocking him out which everyone will see.

No one saw a huge ass dragon but you want regular humans to see 2 dots duking it out. People will know through the newspapers that Luffy vs Kaido was a thing.
Zoro seems down but not out YET and like i once anticipated if Luffy vs Kaido isn't a FB then Zoro fighting kaido let alone spar enough with him to get acknowledged as Oden caliber.. which honestly he isn't on yet according to his implicit admission .. would be down right impossible but if it manifests the only way it can is by disrupting Luffy vs Kaido and undermining Luffy's efforts against kaido which would be contradictory to his words that Luffy will take care of Kaido, something of the sort.
so the zkk most zbois envisioned is already impossible unless Luffy goes down (bruh) and zoro for some nonsensical reason goes up in his condition (bruh)..and fights kaido in his condition (bruh)
