Apoo took:
- Kidd's Punk Gibson
- Zoro's ShiShi SonSon
- Drake's Full Zoan bite
- CP0 Boss Shigan

Ulti took:
- Yamato's Thunder Bagua
- Linlin's Maser Cannon
- Zeus rage attack

I think its overall the same amount of damage, difference is that Apoo is still up and kicking and he has no Ancient Zoan.
He built different and above all Tobiroppo bar Drake.

I forgot about Luffy's, but that was the weakest of the bunch.
Shigan may be less powerful but its a penetration to the neck, which Is lethal.

--Ulti is more tanky ; if ulti can figure out apoo's attacks then it can go either way otherwise she loses

--You can't compare attacks to one of the strongest attacks of an emperor

Apoo got up from Post Enma training Shishi Sonson I mean. Of course that was arguably partially PIS cause he had to continue but who knows by which extent, same for Ulti vs Yamato still.
