Character Discussion Who has been more disappointing in the Wano arc Hawkins or X Drake?

It's gotta be Drake right? Hawkins is on the antagonist side, so not sure anyone should reasonably expect him to win any fights but at least he got an on-screen fight against Killer and somewhat posed a challenge to Luffy/Zoro at the very beginning of the arc. Drake on the other hand has just been collecting Ls left and right and the worse thing is that he is doing this offscreen.
Oda's writing of Drake during the Wano Country Arc has been more disappointing than Hawkins despite the fact that Hawkins sided with the wrong team and ultimately paid for that in blood.
From my point of view, he has a chance to turn that around-- is just a matter of is he going to subvert the current expectations people have of him as of 1036. He's been pushed around the most and shown the least. It's very strange tbh.
