Hawkins was a coward but he was a decent villain who represented a contrast between the more Brave and Brash Supernovas and calculated ones like him.
His sadism and snark also made him getting fucked by Killer satisfying

But Drake hasnt really done anything at all, he didnt even provide good fights for us. so its a tie between him and Hawkins imo
