After luffy's trauma, marineford, sabaody etc... we really got to see a part of him that was unknown until we got the ASL flashback...
Luffy is you typical "stale" character in the outside but with unstale inside... He wants to be pirate king just to be free, he seems like a kid, but it's deeper than that, that's why he frees people that are getting bullied everywhere he goes without even noticing what he is doing. He acts on instinct but I wouldn't say it's "stale"...
Sanji is defienetly not stale also, but it's pretty easy to see why in his case because he shows it in the outside (very versatile etc...)

Zoro does have character development and it develops very slowly, with him starting not giving a shit for Luffy's dream and only his own, to giving up his life for Luffy's dream in Thriller Bark.

In the Post-TS Zoro has given almost 0 screen time for Zoro, only trash fights against meh characters. Wano is the first time we got more from him.

All Straw Hats got shafted in the Post-TS for Jesus Luffy, and the Luffy schtick got old in the Post-TS.

Every arc is Luffy gets there, gets invested in the people, fights the villain, defeats the villain and save the people, move on.

In the Pre-TS this worked better because every arc was about another Straw Hat besides Luffy and we got more intereactions from him with the crew, in the Post-TS is the Luffy show and he only interacts with a few characters from the land he is saving and the villain, every single time.

19 people my ass, he fought 15 different people at MOST with most off them being FODDERS and he had BM's help when he faced the strong ones.

"Sleep and eat" is the worst argument I've ever seen, Luffy got knocked out 4 times, he is not at full health either. Kaido is supposed to be a toptier who can fight for DAYS and suddenly he's nerfed because fodders attacked him? Really?

The hypocrisy of Kaido fans is legendary, before 1026 they said the Scabbards/Zoro/Yamato barely did 10% of Kaido's healthbar and Kaido is too STRONK, now they're saying Kaido is at 40% vs 100% Luffy
