And thats enough to settle the score that in a PIRATE manga, Pirates > Marines

Also not to downplay Sanji at all, I fully believe and am also prepared to accept that Sanji is most definitely fighting an Admiral.
If Im wrong then great, and if Im right then also, Kudos to Sanji, defeating an Admiral is crazy hype nonetheless.

The point is to make the fight harder for zoro they need to be stronger then the YC1 that Zoro fought
