Interesring and it confirms few things

- A sword can increase in rank by becoming a black blade
- Emma is a stronger sword than Shusui naturally, but currently it's in the same lvl as Shusui because it's not a black blade
- Oden didn't manage to turn Emma black, so Ryuma had better Ryu mastery had Oden

Though it makes me question what was Shusui's original grade? Was it even lower than now? What happens to a supreme sword if it gets turn black. Will it be of an even higher grade?

I think it will be viewed as a superior sword over all others. Tashigi's speech at marineford concerning Mihawk and his sword made it sound like Yoru is indeed the greatest sword in the world.

There are top tiers who have advanced haki yet left no scar on Kaido.

Any top tier will do damage to Kaido, especially the high top tiers. Shanks and Mihawk will do a lot more damage to him than Oden did. So see Luffy already learning that technique and with that, he will deal damage. Or do you think Luffy's Haki will surpass the Haki of Shanks, just because he trained with some trees and rocks for a few days?

Yes the sword pulls out all of that Haki but the main point here is that Zoro doesn't want to use all of that Haki which is why he tells the sword to give it back. It is already haki Zoro possessed.

It is not like Zoro couldn't over use his haki if he wanted to but he knows using all that haki is not efficient even if it is for using a single attack enough just like Luffy and his G4.
I do agree with you that with Enma's ability, it will allow Zoro to pull out stronger attacks. But it shouldn't be like those weren't haki which Zoro already possessed

Yeah bt in this situation this is exactly what Zoro needs to stand a chance at slaying Kaidou. After that Zoro will eventually learn to control it better and might also turn it into supreme sword by turning it Black.

I doubt you can overuse Haki like that, even barrier Haki that Luffy was learning only can flesh out some part of Haki. This Enma sucked Zoro arms like it pulled out the evry bit Haki of him.

At first sight I like the modeling of Yoru more but the reason why Yoru is Yoru is his imbued haki in it

Oda is very simple-minded in terms of power levels

If Oda shows Enma is stronger than Shusui then IT IS. Except if he says otherwise or it is shown or said otherwise in the manga

While Zoro might be getting a nice boost with Enma I don't think that it would be enough against a YC1 such as Shilliew, King or Katakuri even less a Yonko. It's actually possible that a YC2 might be able to fight evenly or have the advantage against him at his current lvl.

G4 alone struggled to beat doffy/cracker
Dont expect zoro with Enma alone will easily beat YC2/3. Enma Zoro wont even stalemate YC1s

Oda wouldn't gave Zoro this Enma if Zoro could, Kaidou is not Pica.

I think it's because of sword will.

Ryuo is basically channeling your haki from within and surrounding.

Enma has a sword will. It sucks in ryuo from swordsman wielding it in unrestrained manner. This can be infer from Zoro hand getting thin and all that clouds.

However, in next panel we see Zoro arm again getting buffed up which means he regained ryuo what he lost.

So, initially it was sword will which took ryuo from Zoro as Zoro has no control over enma nor on ryuo but once Zoro controlled and tamed enma it became Zoro's will. That is enma now can't suck in Zoro's ryuo at its own will.

Also, Zoro took back the excess ryuo that Enma sucked in first place. That's why his arm got buffed up.

This is what I understood. Chapter would make things more clear.

Fair enuff, but then if Zoro got back the excess haki that enma took, what destroyed the cliff then? That's the part that doesn't really make sense to me. But yh let's wait for the chapter (tho I'm very doubtful it'd clear this bit up ^^")

Now it settles the deal that why Shusui is so important. And it was obvious because there are only two characters who have black blade.

If oden can cut Kaido with enma, imagine ryuma and mihawk with black blade Ze ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
