At this rate, EoS Luffy will give Kaido a worse treatment than the one Kaido gave him in chapter 923 lol. Not that I didn't expect a big power escalation but his growth rate has been insane. Zoro is an absolute monster as well right now.

It's the usual course a shounen battle manga takes even though people don't wanna accept it.

When the main character equally throws hands with an antagonist well before reaching his prime you know they aren't anywhere equal at EoS.

Same with me. I'm a galaxy user since i can remember but Samsung sucks at making laptops so i had to go with apple.

Apple really gives you something for your money. My 6 year old Ipad is still running smoothly.

I have no problem with mutual respect in a fight, but it works better with half friend half enemy type rival where stakes are light.
I simply believe the current mood of Luffy vs Kaido doesn't fit at all all the tragedy and drama Oda built in Wano. It is extremely jarring imo

Does not even make sense.Oda himself calls Kaido the 1on1 King.Now Oda wants that his MC defeat this 1on1 King(albeit not at 100% power),in a 1on1 fight.A Teamfight would make far more sense

Well i can feel the lightheartedness since Oda didnt skillfully portray the "heaviness" in Luffy-Kaidou laugh, which he should imo.

The problem is that you can't feel anything if we don't get one full chapter focus without having anything else other than Luffy vs Kaidou. Having three or four panels with rest of the chapter focusing on something else really don't give that vibes. Of course, I don't comment on anything else regarding the Luffy vs Kaidou thing in this chapter because spoilers didn't reveal any information. I will comment once I see images or full summary comes out. Imagine what do you feel if all the spoilers just say 'Luffy vs Kaidou'. Nothing. Besides, if fight ends like this, then I agree it is a shit. Since it is not, then I will hold my horses until the culmination.
