Pica is stronger than all Sanji and Luffy opponents up to Kaido... Doffy was never defeated by Luffy in fait way, only with Gamma Knife remember...

This is why Zoro > G4 Luffy on the roof...

Doffy >= Pica and was lucky he never faced the Zoro

Katakuri is hyped fodder, how is he destroying Pica who can destroy him with stones instead? Stones destroy the mochi...

Katakuri is one of the few bad match-ups for Pica in the so-called commander tier which Pica rules.
While Katakuri isnt too impressive for commander standards, his logia-like body cant be harmed by stones.
However, I dont think he can beat Pica either.
Not sure how Pica's stone assimilation and Katakuri's Awakening interact with each other but still, he cant trap Pica.

Pica is tricky. He is not stronger than Luffy and Kaido but I don't see a non-swordsmen defeating him unlike Doffy that has cutting abilities with his DF.
