The first sounds pretty similar to mine lol. I would only want immortality to explore the entire universe and be able to go to all planets without getting killed by cold or heat.

- Having no physical needs like eating and sleeping.

I remembered smth (I think it's from LoTR). Imagine everything hold dear to go away and wither away before you, in an endless cycle which you cannot escape, eventually feeling the loneliness of not creating bounds due to the inevitable parting away between the two beings...

The physical needs. I think you could still taste it. You just wouldn't feel hunger nor the consequences of not eating. Agree that tasting is really great. Just had some beans with a Pumpkin sauce. Vegan stuff.
