I always thought it was a joke when we said Ztards doesn't read the manga but this prove it's not

Drunk kaido in 923 did nothing to luffy until he got sober
Now oda is saying the opposite
That's the point being made
Oda wrote both
They contradict each other
Oda went out of his way to tell the audience that Kaido would not make himself weaker by getting drunk in the middle of the fight. Like, he legit didn't have to incorporate that page at all if he wanted people to believe otherwise He even gave Kaido an actual fighting style that revolves around drinking.
Like how god damn dense do you have to be argue against it?
Kaido wasn't even trying in chapter 923, because Luffy's attacks were doing fuck all to him. That was the whole purpose of the scene, was to showcase that G4 was not enough to contend with the likes of Kaido. Kaido could literally sit there and do nothing, and no matter what, Luffy wouldn't be able to beat him.
