Tbh it makes sense. If you actually read the story, you'd like Itachi/Kakashi/Kisame/Deidara/Pein and not these clowns.

Pain is pretty good. I liked him a lot pre talk no jutsu.

My fave Akatsuki members are Itachi, Sasori, Pain, Kisame.

Overall would be like Itachi, Madara, Kakashi, Adult Sasuke, Sasori, Zabuza, Minato, Pain, Naruto at times.

To each their own. Madara was like a wow factor. I still remember when he trashed the alliance. Minato was fine imo. The build up for him was good imo. It could also be the fact that Naruto was my first big anime, so it left an impression, similarly to DB on a lot of people.

Minato didn't have a personality, he was wet cardboard. And Madara was unneccessary clutter to the manga. He accomplished nothing unique and his own personality was boiled down to, 'i wanna fight hashi-kun.'

Indeed. If Dragon Ball was a recent series it would have had Fairy Tail levels of respect shown towards it at best.
