I was up late watching the Niners game, and my body clock has me waking up at 7am pretty consistently. You're right of course, I'll probably try and get an earlier night today. Was hoping to take a nap at some point today but didn't get the time.
I waa awake until 5 a.m. playing some Yugioh game.
I forced myself to sleep until 11a.m.
If I slept less I would feel weird and dizzy and tired.
I always try to convince myself to sleep earlier than 2 or 3 a.m. but that never happens ahahah
Actually that's normal (waking up at 7 a.m.) because our body naturally wants to wake up with the rising Sun
Just try to take care of yourself :)
