Kings flame being on means he want decreasing his defenses to increase his speed. So king was at his slowest fighting marco. Ontop of this he wasn't in hybrid and he wasn't using super powerful fire attacks

Thats an assumption Sanji made, the most damage done to Queen was by Queen himself from the missiles, and again, you deliberatly ignored how Sanji "won". and Turning from Hybrid to base doesn't mean you lost, Kaido vs Luffy round 1 in the flower capital had Kaido reverting back to human form when Luffy attacked him, KO ? nope he got oneshot afterwards.

Queen had plenty of time to use hardening, there was no sneak attack, queen couldn't see him, and sanji didn't even use his entire skillset

And did your dumbass miss the part where sanji explicitly said that hell memories damaged him to the point where basic kicks affect queen?

And queen was KO ed while he was in mid air
