Go back to the" legendary hour panel" where the Scabbards are lined up as they walk towards in the sunset. Denjiro is as tall as Kin'emon and taller than Kawamatsu and raizo.
And remember Kawamatsu and Raizo are already taller than even normal humans. So Denjiro is around the height of the Admirals.
That's Denjiro 20 years ago. We've seen Koshiro in Zoro flashback that happened 12 years ago and he's the height of normal human being.
For Denjiro to be Koshiro, he would have to have lost HALF his height from the ages of 30 to 38.

How do you know that Koshiro's height is that of a normal human? We have never seen him stand next to a known normal adult human. The only comparison is with his adult students. And even then, considering that they are in a Shimotsuki Village which also means that they are most likely a descendant from Wano, then their height could've also be the same as Wano citizen.
Height inconsistenty ? Maybe it was mistake. Its not like its the first time.
Narratively it will be disappointing if Denjiro is a newly introduced character....because this man has yet to make appearence for this many chapters. At this point it is a waste of time.
Kyoushiro looks nothing like Denjiro. And I would estimate his age to be in his 20s.
The only character that bares a striking resemblence and has been in Wano is Koshiro. Perhaps Toki told Koshiro that he wont be fighting in the war 20 years from now....but one of his students will.
