I'd say there is no reason for the whole Shinigami drama if it's just about Zoro suffering the side effects of the drug. It's something big. If it's indeed about the drug effects, then this may result in Zoro being inactive in the upcoming arc.

Btw, Sanji fainted after the Queen fight while Zoro's up. The inability to move is for sure the medicine's sideeffects since he didn't faint like Sanji did.

Kid used a non awakening attack and he still damaged Big Mom.

This Big mom section is atrocious art wise… The sizes and perspectives of things make no goddamn sense…big mom is still supposed to be even bigger than her usual sized yet if you look at both the law and Kid attacks, she looks smaller than even her regular size
