Also, if you actually decide to look back at Hyou’s explanation, you can see pretty clearly that Luffy isn’t throwing haki, he’s surrounding his fist with a haki bubble and punching, and anything the bubble comes in contact with withers from the inside out. The bubble never leaves his hand.

seeing how luffy is using it he's able to launch his attacks at his desired object destroying them without direct contact. a swordsman equivalent would be a flying slash but that isnt ryou. A swordsman using advanced coa looks entirely different.

Now we got 30 chapters to develop the concept of the black blade aka advanced armament + Zoro aura (which is something important a not that trash think that fan say is just intimidation my ass ) + probably asura

Zoro will deliver in this arc not like Sanji that had 70 chapter to show what he was worth!!

Zoro got a PU and the only delivering that occured was Killer delivering him to the hospital. Guess what Sanji will also shine in Zoro's arc. So he got a extra 70 chapters of development cause Sanji > Zoro.

Sanji's fight in WCI was an internal fight, it was not a fight of strength or power up. It's us fans who were pushing the agenda of "Sanji will release this power up, and this and that" when Oda wanted to test his character and ideals, nothing else. While the war of Wano is getting close, Oda already handed him the power up he needed, just like he is doin with Luffy and Zoro

And also, speaking of someone getting power up faster than someone else, honestly, it does NOT do Zoro any favor, cause it will only look like Oda is favoring Zoro and making him have an easier way during his journey while Luffy struggles to obtain a power up, and Sanji from a decade to another to obtain a power up LOL
