While Zoro obviously has fulfilled Animal and Human realms, hasn't he technically done so, too, to the Hungry Ghost realm by defeating Ryuma?

Well , the only deduction i made is that transforming from one path to another gives Zoro a power boost , The Hell path being Advanced Conquerors was totally not predictable , so i don't know specifically HOW but he's getting stronger , what could the Hungry Ghost power be in the one piece world i really don't know , Maybe it's somehow related to Ryuma because he foght Ghost Ryuma in thriller bark and now he's facing a ghost once again

Hello , i have found good evidence that in this VERY CHAPTER Zoro's TRANSFORMATION is starting, the new stage of power awaiting Zoro , let me explain
Some of you are probably aware that Zoro is very strictly related to the Six paths of buddhism , i will list them here

1) God realm
2) Human realm
3) Asura realm
4) Animal Realm
5) Hell Realm
6) Hungry ghost Realm
Now let's explain how Zoro is transforming trough the story and simbolically accessing the powers of each realm

1. God realm : This is reserved for Zoro when he defeats Mihawk , because this realm is the most pleasure filling and where there is no spiritual pursuit
2. Human realm : Zoro is a human
3. Asura realm : self explained vs Kaido
4. Animal realm : consider the never ending list of animal type attacks of Zoro , who's often referred as a "Beast" (Apoo in sabaody) or even himself ( "Have you ever seen a wild beast you were sure it wouldn't bite?")
5. Hell realm : The true master of Enma and his new King of Hell style
6. Hungry ghost realm : NOW THINK ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED IN 1038 , he's seeing a vision of what ? a GHOST , THIS IS THE NEXT STAGE OF ZORO'S POWER

maybe that's for his absolute final fight as a living swordsman, reaching enlightment before a epic death would be poetic

No not really. This is been what Zoro is this entire series. His character/attacks/ideology/techniques is based on Buddhism. He has already accepted the path of hardship/great suffering in his fight vs Kaku which what triggered Asura for him

All of Zoro's attacks are related to this. the 3000 realms even the billion world fold is all related to one path. You can read or watch videos about this and you will know that Oda doesn't do things out of nowhere for no reason. The same thing can be said for every SH. Take Luffy for example his gears ? his attacks ? Rubber = Oil ? Oda is simply a genius.

Zoro's ambition was rated A+ recently. Even if we put aside PK and WSS, this arc demands that the Shimotsuki clan gets their due. Kuina, Kozaburo, Yasuie, Ushimaru, and Ryuma can all rest better if Zoro ascends, so I can only imagine that this is part of it. The hungry ghost explanation works on that level.

Hell Realm ---> Surpassing Oden ---> I will become King of Hell & turn Enma Black
Animal Realm ---> Surpassing Kaidou ---> I have come here to Cut Down Strongest Creature
Human Realm ---> Surpassing Rayleigh ---> I will make Luffy The Pirate King
Asura Realm ---> ???
Hungry Ghost Realm ---> ???

Three of these Realms are about an Achievement (Greatest Swordsman + Cutting Kaidou + Making Luffy Pirate King)
Which are Animal ---> Human ---> God (So Zoro will Cut Kaidou then help Luffy find One Piece & then Defeat Mihawk)

Other Three Realms are for Mastering his Three Swords
Hungry Ghost ---> Hell ---> Asura

Since Hell Realm is about Enma & Surpassing Oden, which should be done by turning the Sword Black
Then Hungry Ghost Realms & Asura should be related to his Two Other Swords

One of them should be related to Shimotsuki Family (Ryuma, Kuina, Kozaburo ... etc) which is Wado Ichimonji
So i believe that Zoro will discover something about Wado which allows him to Master Asura & become Sword Demon God

Leaving us with Hungry Ghost Realm & Sandai Kitetsu.
This Sword is according to Shop Owner brings Death !! to all those who wield it & Zoro tested his Luck against it
He said that it's Extremely Bloodthirsty & Zoro can always sense it (Both in Shop & when he was stuck in Chimney in Water 7 for example)

So if this Shinigami isn't Brook, then there is a good chance it's related to Sandai Kitetsu
