First of all zoro is awake like he drank 10 energy drinks. Second the grim reaper might actually up to taking away zoros damage. Obviously he won't die and obviously if he was done for sure he would be unconcious like Faintji. My guess is, that he will regenerate the damage and trade something off instead. Maybe his sandai kitetsu.

Or he might sell his soul to the grim reaper in order to stay alive but will be cursed for real this time. Its safe that zoro will do much more otherwise oda would have handled it very differently and would have made clear that zoro is done instead of building new plot for our saviour.

I doubt this part. There has never been something like this in One Piece before,

Bit I'm still not sold on this being the real grim reaper, I think it's Brook or Killer

But, why would the Grim Reaper accept Sandai Kitetsu for a replacement, though? :kaidowhat:!

Whether he is done or not, imo he has already accomplished more than what I expected for him going into this arc. Then again, if Oda wanted him to be finished for this arc - he could've simply had him faint like what he did with Sanji. That makes me think that he has atleast something left for him, that's just my 2 cents.

Either way, watching the absolute fear, cope and denial in the eyes of some folks week to week during this raid has been fun ngl lmfao.
