Their are different levels to advanced coA. Being able to flow your haki on objects outside of one's self.
And the more advanced version of that that flows haki into a person or object causing it to Implode or suffer internal damage.

Then why doesn't katakuri or doffy have adv coc?
Imo learning adv coa is basically like learning a new language, to make it easier to learn a more complex language slightly similar to it (aka adv coc) but it's not a necessity to learn that complex language
