ACoC gives a massive boost to base AP, which is why you need it to win clashes. However ACoC in of itself doesn't give the same type of high end AP that powerful DF awakenings do.

yamato can clash with kaido because she has ACoC, but can't deal serious damage because she doesn't have much else going for her apart from ACoC and her zoan.

Kid and Law can't clash 1v1 with linlin, which is why they need to tag team. However they can do serious damage and ultimately KO her because of awakening.

Again kaidos top 5 disagrees with you. Advanced coc is what he stated is the pinnacle hence they reason why he respected only the people that has it. Which is why oda went out of his way to have bigmom not use it within these clashes
