He merely said holding off two people with a bounty over a billion is hard. It just says they're both at a certain level of strength and says nothing specific about how close they are to each other.
If you wanna talk about the difference in their bounties that suggests closeness, let's start with how the difference in bounty makes Queen ragdoll Katakuri and then slowly move towards Marco and King. Queen is more comparable to WsW and Jack than he is to King.

King's endurance is what the WG is after so it's at least among his most dominant stats. He lost because Zoro's attack is that strong. Obviously, King's endurance is beneath Kaido and BM.

It seems so obvious that you just want to push Luffy as far away into his own universe of strength...if I remember correctly you had him like top 3 in the verse and you didn't even have Zoro inside the top 20, yet suggesting that Zoro even SET FOOT anywhere even relatively close to Luffy's level must be fanboyism
If what you say is true, why was Zoro on the rooftop and why did he perform the best out of everyone until Luffy learned ACoC? Why did he get ACoC himself?
Some of you guys try to hide your own insecurities about Zoro by spamming this stuff and talking about "zoLo wAnKerS cOpInG" every fucking chapter but the truth is that Zoro has been making every fandom and their mother cope for the entirety of Wano because they didn't expect him to get this much combat hype
