Stop making up stuff. Zoro doesnt have advanced CoA. Also zoro isnt the one who released his haki on his own will. That's why he said "give it back" commanding the sword.

The power up is "free" because someone gave him the sword he didn't have to unlock the sword like how you have to unlock haki or unlock future sight etc... but him being able to wield the sword is not "free" he is worthy of the sword.

We have a high tier in Sabo learning a fruit he just gain, and is getting the hang of it quickly. Why? Because he's not an inexperienced kid. As for the sword, first, the user has to be a swordsman, otherwise, what's the point? And second, has to be good enough to master the blade.
