Who cares much time she did that before being KO ?
She speaks for her mastery. In seconds she managed to combined her homies, it speaks for her experience manipulating homies and souls.
And even before she used pro and Zeus to create storm, she used the fire sword with Napo and pro etc. She was never a noob using multiple ones at the same time.
You likely underestimated the amount of skills to create a storm, a storm that covers that A wide territory.
It proves she worked with her DF, trained with it and created multiple techniques with it. She created lots of them.
Just look how she combined Hera and Pro for her last attack to make some monstrous electric and fire creature.
That is skill.
She isn't basic at all with it.
To be fair with Dofla : he has great mastery of his DF and i wasn't shocked he was chosen for awakening. And he had it for decades too.
But BM is far far from unskilled.
Dofla highlights with his DF : Black knight, parasite, cloud/fly, healing
BM highlights : combo homies 2 or 3 with lots of different attacks, healing, empowering herself, i also forgot she can create incarnation : shaping her soul into weird soul person

Hasn’t moved her fatass from WCI in decades and no Marines or Admirals dare come close to her territory.
FMI immediately goes to her for protection right after Sickbeard drops dead.
Her DF alone runs an entire country and operates the best intel network in all of OP.
Lives her best life eating all the sweets she wanted and all the husbands she wanted and tossed aside. Lived it so well she went back to being a fatass once again after being a hotass bitch for decades.

I do because it’s a very recent development. Maybe Linlin was on the cusp of awakening due to it but the fact she couldn’t do so for years means she hasn’t attained mastery of her fruit.
Because I only see healing, empowering herself and the synchronization as anything skillful I. Her repertoire. 90% of her abilities are basic uses of her fruit or the consequences of such.
I just want to remember you said in your first post that Linlin was the total opposite of skilled 
. This was clearly nuts.
Now at least you recognize her some skill with her DF even if it is less than Doffy.
