There's some reading comprehension problems going on here.

- Kid last chapter was blasting BM through the hole.

- This chapter it shows she's hanging on by the edges and right as she's about to be KOEd she starts sucking life.

- After she sucks life she regains consciousness and starts recouping her feeling.

- Law notices this and stops it. Then he R-Rooms her and drops her.

BM only "survived" because there were other people there to get from 1% HP to 10% HP. The bombs just took away that damage.
