Honestly, I feel like Nami's character got better post-timeskip, but then it doesn't feel right, so I'm just gonna vote for pre-TS Nami.

Nami hardly changed. It's a given she's not going to get fights there's too many relevant fighters post timeskip and the level is too high for her.

Nami's one of the few SHs if not the only Strawhat who didn't get reduced to her quirk. In fact she's less violent than she was pretimeskip, a lot of people used to cry about her being abusive.

If we compare all strawhats pre/post then Nami was the best compared to her post tsk version..
She was smart , cunning and courageous compared to post tsk bland , fan service tool..
