Lambdadelta was my clear favourite from Umineko (though I read it several years ago). She doesn't neatly fit the criteria I mentioned, but I still liked her quite a lot.

I think your description is accurate, though there's more to it than that. Since arrogance that isn't backed up by an appropriate level of ability is very off putting. Likewise, I want someone that's very driven and ambitious.

The femdom flavour is on point though.
