Speculations Sanji becoming the most feared of the marines and all blie theory.

Makes sense tho, Germa needed to climb up the Red Line in order to leave the North Blue.
Sanji always despised their arrogance and hatred for everyone who isn't royalty, so this includes Germa and the Celestial Dragons aswell, who live at the top of the Red Line.
The All Blue is barely mentioned so i think Oda is going to connect that to many other plots, instead of being just a random sea that no one believes it actually exists, only Sanji and Zeff.

Sanji being the most feared man will have something to do with fighting and beating an Admiral EoS, destroying an important Marine base during that battle and even clapping a few Navy officers (like a Vice Admiral) in the process, when he starts winning the fight and getting the upper hand, they will try to stop Sanji and give him disadvantage, but it wont be enough to stop him anymore for some reason.
From that point and on the whole Navy and the world will treat Black Leg Sanji as the "most feared man by the Marines", because of the havoc he caused when he went all out against one of the strongests military forces in the world. Every Navy soldier and officer will tremble when hearing his name
The new base they will build after that one which got destroyed in the fight will be named after Sanji and the Admiral he fought, or something likely.
While this happens, Luffy and Zoro will be leading the crew together, as for Sanji he will need to back the crew up by avoiding that one of the Admirals reaches Luffy, Zoro and the rest after being called by Sakazuki, that will be when everything happens

In order to be the most dangerous man for the marines like he stated, he need to accomplish one of 3 things:
1. Find the truth of the world before anybody else does. That’s basically Robin’s and Law’s goals.
2. Learn about the secrets of Vegapunk. Vegapunk is important for the Marines and WG in general so someone learning about his hidden secrets (let’s say origin of devil fruits, the truth of the world, the meaning of One Piece, his vast knowledge, etc) would prove a huge deal.
3. Finding All Blue. Most people already guessed that you have to destroys Red Line in order for all the seas to be connected and it’s not like you found a good spot and proceeds to destroys Red Line and then the All Blue pops up. No that’s not how it works, just like Raftel, nobody knows the precise location of it, that’s why it’s so hard to find the One Piece unless you have someone with good connection to the Road Poneglyph and Log Pose. If Sanji were to make a mistake and carelessly hit the wrong spot, he could potentially destroys the whole world. If he hit the correct spot, the Red Line will collapse and the seas will jointed as one and the All Blue will appear. Either way, it’s a W for Sanji.
So bar the three options that I listed above, there’s no other way for Sanji to reach the highest bounty in OP unless he beats Imu which is not gonna happen.
