That might happen however by the time the time Zoro falls upwards to Kaido, Zuneisha would have already killed him thus achieving ZKK before Zoro does.

Keeping in mind Ushimaru's/Ryuma's plot points aren't at all done yet.

I think Oda has different plans for the Ushimaru plot. It doesn't directly tie Zoro with Kaido as far as we know even if Kaido's the one who likely killed him considering they aren't directly related. IMO, Ushimaru plot ends with us learning how Zoro's a Shimotsuki—Zoro's the last true-blooded Shimotsuki alive. So he's probably gonna be the one to continue their bloodline.

Ryuma plot ended when Zoro cut King in a dragon-slaying fashion and the Oden plot too ended with the same feat and Zoro becoming the legitimate owner of Enma and subsequently becoming the KoH.

I think it's been made clear that another monster samurai of Oden's liking appeared again when Zoro started fighting like Oden without restraint and got Enma to accept him as its master and produced an attack that parallels Oden's greatest feat while still being relatively young.

I Agree BUT nobody, especially Kaido himself, knows that and i think storytelling dictates that he must acknowledge Zoro somehow.
