This is fair. The reason choppers down a bit lower is because after that he didn’t do anything (yes it was huge hence why he’s above Tobi Roppo beaters) but:
Luffy - Is defeating kaido
Kid and Law - Got Big Mom out of Onigashima and out of the fight
Zoro - Sacrificed himself on the rooftop then took down King who could solo the live floor imo
Sanji - Saved Momo, gave the allies hope to keep fighting, then took down Queen who could solo the live floor
Marco - Prolonged the alliances ability to fight disease as well as held off two calamities
Yamato - Held off Kaido so he didn’t kill Momo and the scabbards
You could probably put chopper above Marco but I think the top five are set in stone.

Marco (keeping Queen Mama Chanter away, slowed down Ice Oni, held off King and Queen)
Jinbe (destroying the 3rd ship, saving lots of allies from several falling objects)
Robin (throwing BM away from the Live Floor, saving Sanji)
Kin'emon (always getting in the way of Kanjuro)
Chopper (vax, distracted Queen)
Denjiro (destroying the 2nd ship, keeping Sasaki away)

Saved all the Rooftop fighters multiple times (novas/or scabbards) from the Yonko. Top offensive feats in the arc(including Kaido or Meme)brains of the operation
luffy/Kid- Played critical roles, in a Yonko defeat.
Kid while handicapped severely(Hawkins situation). An Luffy 1–1 after Kaido noticeable nerfed
notice the highlighted areas Ztards. Its been implied multiple times at this point. To be the deciding factor in the war. Not scarring a Yonko, an damn sure not beating there subordinates.

Zoro/Yamato- Defeats a calamity, an displayed arguably the 2nd best offensive feats on the Rooftop. Lady Yamato!! Technically should be higher. But Zoro Rooftop feats are pretty good. Being able to stall/damage hybrid Kaido 1-1 tho, significantly better then fighting/beating Ling
Sanji- saved momo(Samurai leader), also defeats a calamity.
Hopefully deals with CP0
Marco- stalled a Yonko, difference between this B lister an the characters above Primarily portrayal. All the characters above can cause noticeable damage to a Yonko. An have been acknowledged as worthy in the Yonko eyes. While marco always been just annoyance. Unable to damage even average top tiers.
dukes- beat a calamity/ Only BMP in the arc
Killer- Rooftop feats are nothing special unlike Zoro. An 1-1 stalling a Yonko/Calamity significantly superior to fighting Hawkins
Scabbards- Fought with, an injured Kaido. Feats that King/Marco/Kata lvl character can’t replicate.
the rest impact dnt matter. They’d all be dead if not for the people above.
