I feel like nami will only really fall into this role in the final war.
Nami isn’t very strong but I feel like she would be an amazing commander in war. She will have a map of the world after all.
I think Nami’s dream indicates that there’s a significant part of the world that’s unmapped. Definitely a major tactical advantage in war.

As long as that being a main character doesn't include being constantly relevant to the story as Sanji is on every single aspect, then it's Nami for sure
Especially when you remember that Luffy is the ONLY main character, everything runs around him, thats his story. Everybody else are side characters
Although it's pretty clear that Luffy and his wings (Zoro and Sanji) will always come at the top after Luffy.
Glad that Roronoa-sama makes a good balance with his bait threads compared to the recent threads trying to bait Zoro fans, the difference is that the Zoro gang massively supports baits and treats them like they weren't baits, as long as Zoro isn't being clowned, obviously.

I disagree, but you’re free to have your opinion. The closest analogue among those you listed is not Luffy’s own crew members, or the Ancient Weapons and friends, but certainly Ace. But Ace didn’t get his development until he met his fate and his flashback after he was already dead. In fact Ace’s will became the will Luffy inherited, just like Corazón’s will became the will Law inherited. Let me put it another way: Law is the only other active young D. in Luffy’s generation.
