The WG definetly give a bigger fish vibe than Blackbeard does. He's for sure endgame material, but he doesn't have influence like the WG does to the point that he can erase 100 years of history from common knowledge like the WG can.
Blackbeard is an evil Luffy, but the WG represent the polar opposite of Luffy's greatest love which is freedom as they've held an iron grip on the entire world for 100s of years.
